Follow-up sessions are booked if the dietitian and yourself feel it is necessary to review your progress. Your dietitian will review your progress, celebrate your successes, and problem-solve with you to overcome challenges. Your nutrition prescription will be modified as needed, and you will receive ongoing education, accountability and support.
