Lois Dolman, Founder & Chief Physiotherapist

Founder of Restored Eden Physiotherapy, Lois Dolman brings nearly two decades of physiotherapy experience shaped by both UK clinical practice and 12 years of humanitarian work in China.

During her time overseas, Lois managed a foster home for orphans and worked closely with disabled children. This experience developed her holistic and culturally sensitive approach to pain management and rehabilitation.

Since returning to England in 2018, her clinical experience has expanded across:

• Musculoskeletal physiotherapy
• Neurology
• Orthopaedics
• Paediatrics
• Palliative care
• Urgent response services
• Hippotherapy, physiotherapy while riding horses

Her primary focus remains musculoskeletal physiotherapy, supporting clients with conditions such as back pain, neck pain, ligament injuries, and complex rehabilitation needs.

Lois also has a strong sporting background, having been a swimming national finalist, county runner, and national biathlon finalist. This personal experience of high-level competition allows her to guide athletes back to performance with clarity and realism.

She is passionate about helping clients return not just to pre-injury levels, but to improved strength, agility, and resilience.

Outside the clinic, Lois is a mother of four and enjoys outdoor adventures with her family.
